I went to the Universal Studio Japan in Osaka last Saturday with my mother and my husband.
Here is our photo with Mr. Popeye!
I was impressed not only with there performance but also the staff's kindness!
My mother has weak legs so she needed a place to sit down when we had to wait for the attractions. The waiting time was often over an hour. When I asked if they had some place to sit down for my mom at the entrance of the Water World attraction, a kind staff offered the special ticket called "Support Pass". Using it, we could make reservation for the next performance and sat down the outside bench until the reservation time coming. On the time, we went there again, the staff guided us to the side way of the other people's waiting place. After 10 minutes or so, they took us to the inside the theater in advance to the other people. Thanks to their kindness and special care for the weak, my mother could enjoy the performance very much without feeling any tiredness until leaving there!
We bought one-year-free ticket for very reasonable price, less than two-day ticket, so we definitely visit there soon!
